Botan

Botan is a BSD-licensed cross-platform open-source C++ crypto library "cryptography toolkit" that supports most publicly known cryptographic algorithms. The project's stated goal is to be "the best option for cryptography in C++ by offering the tools necessary to implement a range of practical systems, such as TLS protocol, X.509 certificates, modern AEAD ciphers, PKCS#11 and TPM hardware support, password hashing, and post quantum crypto schemes." WebP2 Image Encode

This is a test of Google's libwebp2 library with the WebP2 image encode utility and using a sample 6000x4000 pixel JPEG image as the input, similar to the WebP/libwebp test profile. WebP2 is currently experimental and under heavy development as ultimately the successor to WebP. WebP2 supports 10-bit HDR, more efficienct lossy compression, improved lossless compression, animation support, and full multi-threading support compared to WebP.
