Cross-platform RX Radeon-series GPU driver benchmarks

RX Radeon-series GPU driver benchmarks with AMD's Adrenalin edition 22.11.2 on Windows and Mesa 22.3.4 on Linux. Results marked as "hybrid" indicate that the GPU-under-test is not sending rendered frames directly to the display, but sending rendered frames to an integrated GPU within the test system's CPU. Please note that due to a package update published during testing, Radeon RX Vega⁵⁶ results reported for Linux reflect use of Mesa 22.3.5.
