Open64 5.0 Compiler On AMD Bulldozer

Testing out the Open64 5.0 release using the x86_64 binaries with a variety of Phoronix Test Suite tests. Built using march/mtune flags of bdver1 on the AMD FX-8150 Bulldozer eight-core system. Testing by Michael Larabel fir a future article on Phoronix.com.
