AMD Threadripper 2990WX Linux Benchmarks

Initial AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2990WX benchmarks on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS Linux with upgrading to the Linux 4.18 Git kernel, CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS of "-O3 -march=native", using the newer GCC 8.2 code compiler for building out all tests on each respective Intel/AMD CPU microarchitecture, etc. Tests by Michael Larabel for a future article on Phoronix.com. Under embargo until 13 August.
