Ubuntu 12.04 LTS - Core i7 3770K - Kernel - Mesa

A comparison of the stock Ubuntu 12.04 LTS x86_64 installation with an Intel Core i7 3770K with Intel HD 4000 graphics of the Linux 3.2 / Mesa 8.0.2 / xf86-video-intel 2.17.0. This was compared to Mesa 8.1-devel, Linux 3.4, and xf86-video-intel Git with libdrm update as of mid-April. Everything else for the Intel Core i7 Ivy Bridge open-source Linux graphics comparison was left the same to just show how the Ubuntu 12.04 LTS IVB graphics performance is already stale but not easily update-able to all end-users of the Linux dekstop. Benchmarking for a future article on Phoronix.com.
