x264 OpenCL 1.9.0

pts/x264-opencl-1.9.0 - 31 August 2014 - Initial commit of OpenCL-specific version of x264 encoder. Complementary to x264 test profile and thus start it at x264-opencl-1.9.0 versioning to avoid confusion.
