Intel Core i5-2520M Sandy Bridge benchmarks under clean x86_64 installations of Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric Ocelot and Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Precise Pangolin. Besides comparing stock Ubuntu 11.10 vs. Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Linux performance, also added in Git master tests of the Intel Linux graphics stack - Linux 3.4 Git, Mesa 8.1-devel, libdrm, xf86-video-intel Git DDX. Also a GCC 4.8 snapshot. Testing for a future article on Phoronix.com in May by Michael Larabel.
