ASKAP tConvolveCuda

This is a CUDA benchmark of ATNF's ASKAP Benchmark with currently using the tConvolveCuda sub-test.

To run this test with the Phoronix Test Suite, the basic command is: phoronix-test-suite benchmark askap.
