All renderers and tracers are strenuous tasks. While the the actively cooled 5700G 'does not care' it already ran hot for half an hour, passive case becomes thermally saturated. This is typically when having active cooling is beneficial over being passively cooled.

I think this test is heavily cache and memory dependent the DB4 has can compensate a little for its smaller cache with its faster RAM compared to its sibling.
