Nouveau Linux Boost Testing vs. RadeonSI Gallium3D

Karol Herbst's 4.5 re-clocking Git tree on Ubuntu 16.04 with Mesa 11.3-dev. GLXVBlank 0. Tests by Michael Larabel for a future article on Phoronix.com compared to AMD Radeon cards on the latest Radeon/AMDGPU kernel and RadeonSI Gallium3D driver code. The Nouveau results are when using Herbst's tree with the boost 2 level and 0f performance state.
