Timed wrapped fastStructure runs for 16 Ks

Multi threaded bayesian calculation of population attribution, using the "fastStructure" algorithm. Will calculate clusterings for 16 values of "K".

To run this test with the Phoronix Test Suite, the basic command is: phoronix-test-suite benchmark stunts/structure_threader-faststructure.
