See how your system performs with this test using the Phoronix Test Suite. It's as easy as runnning the phoronix-test-suite benchmark pts/system-decompress-gzip comand. If the Phoronx Test Suite is already installed with the OpenBenchmarking MIME support enabled, you can also run this test by just clicking on the OpenBenchmarking.org icon to auto-launch the Phoronix Test Suite.
