Timed WebKitFLTK Compilation

This test times how long it takes to build the WebKitFLTK web library.

Some build dependencies might be needed that might not be handled by the Phoronix Test Suite including: FLTK, Ruby, sqlite, icu, harfbuzz, gperf

To run this test with the Phoronix Test Suite, the basic command is: phoronix-test-suite benchmark build-webkitfltk.
