Sapphire Pure Platinum A75: While Sapphire Technology is a brand more commonly associated with graphics cards than motherboards, after having great experiences with the Sapphire Pure Black P67 Hydra motherboard, we accepted their offer to look at the Sapphire Pure Platinum A75 motherboard.
OCZ DDR2-1000 Platinum XTC EL: OCZ Technology once again has hit the market with another innovative creation. Satisfying our benchmarking craves this afternoon is the OCZ DDR2 PC2-8000 Platinum XTC Enhanced Latency. Will these 1GHz DDR2 modules be the next step in desktop computing?
OCZ EB DDR PC-4000 2GB Platinum: Up on the review block today is OCZ Technology's EB DDR PC-4000 2 x 1024MB Platinum Edition. Although we have seen countless reports under Windows XP on how an extra 1024MB of system memory can be beneficial, in particular games and applications, we have done this comparison with the Linux 2.6.14 kernel and have discovered some intriguing results.
enthusiast.hardocp.com: MSI has been a major player in the motherboard market for several years now. Established in 1986 MSI has continued to grow and expand in the market and is now one of the top 3 motherboard manufacturers in the world today. Over the last few years they've diversified into other areas with great success.

hothardware.com: Weve just posted a new article at HotHardware in which we evaluate the features, layout, overclockability and performance of MSIs brand-new P35 Platinum motherboard for Intel LGA775-based processors. We tested the board at both 1066MHz and 1333MHz front side bus frequencies and compared its performance to an nForce 680i SLI throughout.

tweaktown.com: We have already tested the X48 chipset in its DDR2 variant (thats right, because its a direct descendant of the X38 it keeps the dual mode memory controller); the DDR2 version has already managed to produce some better scores than the X38 DDR2 thanks to its increased FSB support.

hardwarezone.com: MSI is one of the top tier motherboard manufacturers in the consumer PC industry, but there is no mistaking 2006 as the year that ASUS and Gigabyte took most of the limelight. Gigabyte's marketing machine pushed the whole solid capacitor design into high gear while ASUS flooded the market with specialized target focus motherboard models such as the TeleSky and Republic of Gamers.
viperlair.com: Overclocking the old fashioned way was actually very easy, despite the E6750's 333MHz FSB. With little effort, we were able to reach 490Mhz on air. Granted, we've had to increase the voltages to the max for CPU and chipset, but this was impressive considering we were using air cooling.

motherboards.org: MSI has done a wonderful job with their K9A2 Platinum motherboard. The performance is higher than the last AMD motherboard we did the Gigabyte GA-M69GM-S2H motherboard back in September. The ability to do Quadfire (Four ATI cards in Crossfire) is excellent.
dragonsteelmods.com: Today for review I've got an MSI P6N SLI Platinum Motherboard, it's packed with tons of features that you'll see on most higher end motherboards, including eSATA, 8-Channel Audio, 1333FSB Support and SLI support as well. My only complaints about this board would have to be that SLI only runs at 8X, and you have to use a card to switch between SLI and NON-SLI configurations, this can be a real pain.
