Phoenix Strikes HyperSpace Deal With ASUS: ASUS was the first company to ship SplashTop, an embedded instant-on Linux environment, on any of its products. They began by offering SplashTop on select ASUS motherboards, then it turned into ASUS notebooks, and then to many more ASUS products. However, Phoenix Technologies has now wooed ASUS into shipping HyperSpace on their notebooks...

ASUS Releases Eee PC 901, 1000, 1000H: This morning ASUS has announced the expansion of their Eee PC family with the introduction of three new models. These three new models use Intel's Atom processor, which makes them the first Netbooks. In addition to sporting an Atom processor, the 901 and 1000 use Solid-State Disks (SSDs), 1GB of DDR2 memory (or up to 2GB with the 1000/1000H models), and a battery life of nearly eight hours.

ASUS GeForce 9600GT 512MB: In late February NVIDIA had introduced the GeForce 9 series with the introduction of the mid-range GeForce 9600GT 512MB graphics card. Earlier this week they then introduced the GeForce 9800 GX2 graphics card, which consists of two NVIDIA GPUs bridged together with SLI support.

ASUS GeForce 8600GT 256MB: Earlier this month we looked at the ASUS P5E3 Deluxe WiFi motherboard, which featured a new technology called Express Gate that was an instant-on Linux-based desktop environment that supported a web browser and the Skype VoIP client. This motherboard also featured integrated 802.11n wireless, Intel's X38 Chipset, and a variety of ASUS AI features.

ASUS Product Launch: ASUSTek has also extended their product selection this morning in the form of the new GeForce 7900GTX G71, as well as a few motherboards. The products launching include -- P5B Deluxe, M2N32-SLI Deluxe, N4L-VM DH, EN7900GTX, EN7600GT SILENT, EAX1300PRO SILENT.

techpowerup.com: NVIDIA's new GeForce GT 440 sets out to deliver acceptable performance in the low-end segment around $100. ASUS GT 440 comes with a custom designed, black PCB and a stylish heatsink. The card also comes with higher clocks out of the box to gain an extra performance advantage.

ASUS GeForce GTX 570

overclockersclub.com: Everyone has got to admit that they were at least semi-excited about the release of NVIDIA's GTX 580. What else could be more interesting than a new card taking the crown of the fastest single GPU card. Even so, NVIDIA didn't stop there. The graphical computing beast soon released the GTX 570 core which proved to be more than 20% faster than the GTX 470.

ASUS GeForce GTX 550 Ti

techpowerup.com: Today ASUS released their new GeForce GTX 550 Ti. The card is based around NVIDIA's new GeForce GF116 GPU which promises more performance and less power draw compared to the GPU of the GTS 450. In our testing we see superior power consumption when compared to other GTX 550 Ti models.
