Nouveau GT220 NVIDIA Thermal Reclocking

Reclocking tests of the Nouveau driver using the nouveau/linux-2.6 GIt tree as of 28 January. Using a NVIDIA GeForce GT 220 since at the moment it seems to be the only working graphics card in the Phoronix collection. Testing for a future article on Phoronix.com by Michael Larabel.
